Past to Present
Pawcatuck Roofing Co. was founded in 1946 by Frank Savageau as Frank’s Roofing and Siding. The roofing and siding business flourished well into Frank’s retirement in 1972. The reins were then handed to his nephew Paul Holland, who purchased the business and renamed it Pawcatuck Roofing Co.
The company quickly expanded while keeping the family tradition of providing quality roofing repair, maintenance and installation services. Paul is also responsible for the company’s branding and corporate image, including the now-familiar yellow diamond logo. In 1998, Paul sold the business to his two sons, Robert and Brent Holland, who further expanded the company into three divisions: residential, commercial, and service and maintenance.
