The quote to replace our 20-year old black asphalt shingled, moss stained roof was reasonable and spot on. The crew was so hardworking and focused on every detail, from removal to cleanup. The new Timberline hickory shingles are so beautiful and functional!! I highly recommend them.

Last week, Pawcatuck Roofing replaced the roof on our house and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the outcome. From the initial contact when they responded promptly and provided their proposal to the completion of the job, Pawcatuck Roofing was professional and responsive to our requests. The work crew showed up early (before 7:30) each day and I was impressed with how quickly the crew got to work and how hard they worked throughout the day. Pawcatuck Roofing was everything I wanted in a roofing contractor. Reputation for quality which they delivered on. They have been around a long time and will likely continue to be around if I need them in the future. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accessible, and prompt (including after the install when I had follow up questions). They stand behind their work and the manufacturer does as well. And I found their price to be very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. If you are in need of any work on your roof, you should definitely give them a call for a quote.

A piece of my siding came down near my roof. I normally use a neighbor who is handyman. He has been promising me since May. It is now September and I finally decided enough was enough. I contacted Pawcatuck Roofing on a Tuesday. Rob came out on Thursday and said it was an easy repair and would schedule it. His Worker came on Friday morning and was done within 30 minutes. Both Rob and his worker were friendly, polite, professional and helpful. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I will recommend them to everyone and will not use anyone else. Totally and completely satisfied.

Pawcatuck Roofing removed the original cedar shake siding on my 1924 Victorian home and installed new cedar shakes and PVC trim around all the doors and windows. The work was very high quality with excellent attention to detail such that the house looks like it was just built! They were very responsive with any concerns I had and made sure that I was happy with the finished product. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work required and time it took to complete. Would do business with them again and would recommend to friends/family.

Pawcatuck roofing came to take care of a leak in my roof from a few heavy rains, their service team came out and took care of my leak quickly and cleanly, they were extremely kind and professional. The leak hasn’t come back since!
